Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Audio Engineer/Producer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind high-quality audio production, sound design, and live sound engineering for a variety of multimedia projects. Your expertise will ensure that every audio element enhances the overall content, whether in studio recordings, live events, or post-production environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your technical skills and creative vision, all while contributing to engaging and impactful media productions.

Duties

Operate and troubleshoot professional recording studio equipment, including audio mixing consoles, digital audio workstations (DAWs), and sound reinforcement systems.
Record, edit, and mix audio for video productions, music projects, podcasts, and live events with precision and creativity.
Design sound effects and soundscapes to enhance storytelling and audience engagement across various media formats.
Manage live sound engineering for concerts, conferences, or special events, ensuring optimal audio quality throughout the event.
Collaborate with videographers and content creators to produce seamless video and audio content using editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid.
Set up and operate event audio equipment for live performances or broadcasts, ensuring reliable signal flow and sound reinforcement.
Conduct equipment troubleshooting to resolve technical issues swiftly and maintain smooth production workflows.

Skills

Proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Logic Pro X for editing and mixing audio.
Strong knowledge of sound design principles, signal processing techniques, and audio systems integration.
Experience operating live sound reinforcement systems and audio mixing consoles in various settings.
Skilled in videography, filming, video editing, and content creation to support multimedia projects from conception to delivery.
Familiarity with post-production processes including music mixing, sound effects integration, and final mastering.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to recording studio equipment or live event AV setups efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with creative teams and clients on project requirements.
