Required Qualifications
- Active California Chiropractic License
- Ability to reliably commute to Rancho Cucamonga, California
- Pediatric training through the ICPA or willingness to obtain certification
- Webster Certified or willingness to obtain certification
- PX Trained or willingness to complete training
- Strong chiropractic adjusting skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
What You'll Do
Patient Care & Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional chiropractic care while genuinely caring for patients and their wellness
- Deliver consistent chiropractic adjustments utilizing corrective and preventative care techniques
- Conduct new patient consultations and examinations
- Perform neurological scans and scan interpretation
- Analyze X-rays, films, scans, and patient paperwork
- Develop and present patient care recommendations
- Deliver reports of findings and care plans
- Participate in progress examinations and patient reviews
- Provide exercise recommendations, stretches, and at-home care guidance
- Make nutrition and supplement recommendations when appropriate
- Assist the founding doctor with patient care and practice growth
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and Jane App documentation
- Perform diagnosis and CPT coding
- Understand and explain financial recommendations and insurance considerations
- Maintain a minimum 75% close rate on recommended care plans
Patient Education & Communication
- Build strong patient relationships through effective communication
- Provide table-talk education throughout care
- Conduct educational workshops and internal lectures
- Deliver reports of findings with confidence and clarity
- Address questions and patient objections professionally
- Guide patients through recommended care plans
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Participate in community marketing events
- Attend lunch-and-learns and educational presentations
- Participate in local health screenings and outreach opportunities
- Assist with practice growth initiatives
- Participate in self-marketing and relationship-building activities
Administrative & Team Responsibilities
- Complete patient documentation accurately and timely
- Respond to emails and phone calls as needed
- Assist with general office responsibilities
- Attend and occasionally lead weekly team meetings and trainings
- Participate in ongoing clinical and professional development
Training & Development
Your onboarding and development will focus on becoming a highly skilled associate doctor. Training will include:
- Building strong patient relationships
- Performing new patient examinations
- Neurological scanning and interpretation
- Developing and presenting care plans
- X-ray and film analysis
- Handling patient objections
- Delivering effective reports of findings
- Communication and table-talk skills
- Practice growth and patient retention strategies
Work Schedule
Monday 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m. - Close (last patient at 5:30 p.m.)
Tuesday 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Training as scheduled
Wednesday 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m. - Close (last patient at 5:30 p.m.)
Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Team Meeting at 12:00 p.m. 1:30 p.m. - Close (last patient at 5:30 p.m.)
Friday 7:30 a.m. - Close (last patient at 11:30 a.m.)
Associate doctors are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before adjusting hours begin each day.
Additional Employment Information
- Employment is at-will and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause or notice, consistent with California law
- Quarterly bonus eligibility based on performance metrics after 90 days
- Annual performance reviews
