We are a fast-paced, innovative and growing sports medicine company, with an immediate need for a very detail-oriented Intake Specialist. We are looking for a team player with strong computer and accurate data entry skills with experience in the intake and uploading, as well as medical data entry of patient information.

Experience:

*Minimum one year prior medical records or intake experience required (2+ years preferred)
*Prior experience within DME medical field preferred
*Knowledge of basic medical terminology, including HCPC codes and ICD 10
*Knowledge of clinical documents received by referral sources

Skills:

*Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM - Type by touch
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work efficiently and independently
*Must have excellent customer service skills
*Strong skills working with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
