Marco’s Pizza – Highland 27828 Greenspot Rd, Suite 2, Highland, CA 92346

Marco’s Pizza is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our growing team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrive as part of a team, we’d love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

● Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude

● Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience

● Take orders in person, over the phone, and through online ordering platforms

● Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Marco’s Pizza quality standards

● Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions

● Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, prep areas, lobby, and restrooms

● Restock food, beverages, boxes, and other supplies

● Assist with opening and closing duties

● Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies

● Work efficiently with team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

Qualifications

● Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

● Excellent customer service and communication skills

● Ability to work in a very fast-paced restaurant environment while staying organized and focused

● Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and walking throughout the shift

● Strong multitasking skills and a positive attitude

● Quick learner who adapts well to changing priorities

● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

● Restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

● Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

● Must have dependable transportation
