Senior Account Manager
A senior role for proven producers ready to close larger transactions, mentor developing sales talent, and grow into leadership.
About First National Capital Corp – Irvine, CA
First National Capital is an independent equipment and project finance company. We help mid-sized and large companies finance the equipment, technology, and major projects they need to grow.
With more than $4.75B funded and over 20 years of experience, we’ve built a strong reputation for solving complex financing challenges and getting deals funded.
Our sales team works with CFOs, business owners, private equity firms, investment banks, and referral partners across a wide range of industries, giving them access to larger transactions and multiple sources of deal flow.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll develop and manage relationships with middle-market and large corporate clients across the U.S.
You’ll source, structure, negotiate, and close complex equipment finance transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $500K to $50MM+. You’ll engage directly with CFOs, Presidents, CEOs, private equity firms, and other senior finance leaders who need creative capital solutions that traditional lenders often cannot provide.
This is a senior-level sales role for someone who has already proven they can build relationships, manage a pipeline, and close high-value B2B transactions. You’ll also help mentor junior Account Managers, share best practices, and contribute to sales strategy as we continue building a high-performing team.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll be expected to think strategically, manage complex opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
