IAQ Sales Technician$68,000–$117,000+ | Paid Training | No Income Cap | Real Career Growth

You don't need to know everything. You do need to show up, work hard, and be someone we can count on.

Apex Clean Air is looking for motivated people to join our Indoor Air Quality team.

This isn't a typical sales job. You're not sitting behind a desk making cold calls all day, and you're not knocking random doors hoping someone answers.

We send you to homeowners who have already requested our services. Your job is to meet with them, understand what's going on in their home, identify opportunities to improve their indoor air quality, educate them on their options, and provide the right solution.

You'll receive paid training, coaching, and the tools to become successful in the field.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Each day, you'll meet homeowners in their homes and:

Perform indoor air quality evaluations
Ask questions and understand the customer's concerns
Identify issues affecting comfort, air quality, and HVAC performance
Clean and restore air ducts & HVAC equipment
Explain what you find in a way the homeowner can understand
Recommend solutions that actually make sense for the customer
Install and service indoor air quality products
Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish
Follow our proven sales and service process

You'll be working independently in the field, but you won't be on your own.

You'll have daily support, coaching, training, and leadership behind you.

THE SCHEDULE

Full-time

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN HVAC EXPERT

We will teach you the technical side.

Experience in any of these areas can help:
