A Day in the Life of a Super Star Inside Sales Representative

As a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a valued member of our growing Door Division, providing exceptional service to contractors, builders, and homeowners.

You'll use your product knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail to help customers find the right solutions for their projects.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
Prepare customer information and sales documentation to support the sales process.
Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, and other customers through prompt, professional, and accurate service.
Support our Outside Sales Rep by accurately preparing customer quotes, sales orders, and related information using Microsoft Office and our ERP system.

What We're Looking ForExperience

At least one year of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience
Experience with doors, millwork, lumber, windows, or other building materials strongly preferred
Experience working with contractors, builders, or construction professionals is preferred
Experience using an ERP system (Ponderosa experience is a plus)

Skills

Outstanding customer service skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ERP software
Ability to prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and sales orders
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
