Summary

'Delta Hotels by Marriott West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent who brings confidence, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. This role is ideal for a guest-service professional who understands hotel operations, can manage complex guest needs independently, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality experiences.

As a key member of the Front Office team, you will serve as a role model for service standards, support team success, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

_ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_

· Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service during check-in and check-out

· Handle guest concerns and service recovery with confidence and professionalism

· Process reservations, room assignments, billing, and cash handling accurately

· Navigate PMS systems efficiently (Opera or similar systems preferred)

· Communicate proactively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership

· Support new team members through guidance and peer coaching

· Maintain brand standards and uphold Palm Holdings’ service expectations

· Anticipate guest needs and identify opportunities to enhance the guest

QUALIFICATIONS

· 1–3+ years of hotel front desk experience required

· Prior experience with Marriott brands strongly preferred

· Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera experience a plus)

· Proven ability to handle guest concerns and service recovery independently

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment

· Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
