Concierge Patient Coordinator

Full-Time | Men’s Health & Wellness Clinic | Wellington, FL

We are looking for an outgoing, professional Concierge Patient Coordinator to help create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through checkout. This is more than a traditional front-desk role. We want someone who enjoys people, builds rapport easily, is comfortable with sales, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to learn and grow with an evolving practice.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional, concierge-level patient experience
Answer phones and communicate with patients in a friendly, professional manner
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
Complete patient check-in and checkout
Process payments, memberships, and transactions accurately
Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR/EHR
Coordinate patient communication and administrative follow-up
Become knowledgeable about clinic services and memberships
Help patients understand available services within the appropriate scope of the position
Identify appropriate opportunities for additional services or add-ons without high-pressure sales
Ask satisfied patients for reviews and support patient retention
Assist with billing, payment follow-up, and administrative responsibilities
Maintain an organized and welcoming front-office environment
Communicate closely with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow
Cross-train on other appropriate administrative and support responsibilities as clinic needs evolve

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of medical front desk, patient coordination, concierge, aesthetics, medical spa, luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or similar experience
Medical-office experience
EMR/EHR experience
Scheduling and patient-coordination experience
Billing, payment-processing, or membership experience
Sales, upselling, or consultative-sales experience
Patient retention or review-generation experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring independent prioritization
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
