Full Job Description

What QLM is looking for: Seeking a Regional Manager who leads by example, drives culture and performance, ensures quality and compliance, develops teams through coaching and training, and inspires continuous growth and accountability.

Job Summary:

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, profitability, and strategic growth of all QLM branches within the West Coast region. This position provides leadership and support to Branch Managers while ensuring consistent execution of company policies, operational excellence, financial performance, safety initiatives, and exceptional customer service. The Regional Manager works closely with the Vice President of Operations to implement company initiatives, expand market share, and working together to grow National & Branch collaboration and drive overall regional success while supporting QLM's mission of building strong communities through quality employment opportunities.

Job Duties:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned branches throughout the West Coast region.

· Lead, support, and coach Branch Managers to achieve operational and financial objectives.

· Drive accountability for regional KPIs, including revenue, gross profit, NOI, fill rate, client retention, safety performance, and branch profitability.

· Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate operations, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company standards.

· Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with company goals.

· Maintain full oversight of regional Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.

· Monitor labor costs, operating expenses, gross margins, and financial performance across all assigned markets.

· Analyze regional trends and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

· strategy related to increasing sales and recruitment along with customer relations and growth

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients throughout the region.

· Support Market Managers and branch teams in resolving client concerns while ensuring exceptional customer service.

· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase market share, pursue new business opportunities, and expand existing client relationships.

· Participate in major client meetings, contract negotiations, and strategic business development initiatives.

· Monitor regional competition and recommend strategies to maintain QLM's competitive advantage.

· Partner with Human Resources, Risk Management, Safety, Payroll, and other corporate departments to ensure operational consistency and compliance.

· Ensure all branches follow company policies, employment regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures.

· Partner with the Risk and Safety Managers to proactively reduce risk and promote a strong safety culture throughout the region.

· Ensure client contracts, service agreements, and required documentation are properly executed and maintained.

· Monitor Accounts Receivable performance, collections, and DSO in partnership with Finance.

· Review regional operational reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

· Support the opening of new branches, market expansions, acquisitions, and other strategic growth initiatives.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in staffing, construction, or multi-location operations.

· Proven experience managing multiple branches, markets, or regions.

· Strong financial acumen with demonstrated Profit & Loss (P&L) management experience.

· Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong client relationship management and business development experience.

· Ability to analyze operational and financial data to make sound business decisions.

· Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned West Coast region.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing/CRM software preferred.
