Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
Directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Typing contracts and learning POS system
Taking people on a tour of the facility

Experience

Customer service skills with experience in a front desk or receptionist position
Typing experience and some computer skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day
