Full Job Description

Cave Spring Family Medicine is seeking an experienced and compassionate Office Manager to play a key role in shaping our new independent family medicine clinic. Our practice is focused on providing personalized, high-quality care to patients of all ages. We are intentionally building a small practice where patients always feel welcome, know their healthcare team, and receive care in a warm and supportive environment. Our small team will work together as a cohesive unit, communicate openly, and support one another to create a positive experience for both our patients and each other.

This position is an exciting opportunity to be a part of establishing office processes, developing workflows, and contributing to the culture of the practice from the beginning.

The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day practice operations. This includes, but is not limited to:

managing financial operations
ordering supplies
assisting with billing and collections
addressing patient concerns
ensuring the clinic remains compliant with applicable healthcare regulations and requirements
coordinating staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Being a single physician office with a naturally slower pace, the Office Manager will work together with the Medical Assistant to share front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking patients in and out.

We are highly motivated to find the best candidate to join our team. The office is opening in October and our website will be launching soon. Starting pay will be based off experience and is before benefits. Please apply through indeed, we would love to meet you!
