About You:
As Maintenance Technician III, you are a part of Best People. The Maintenance Technician III will work with other maintenance personnel utilizing our Best Systems to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and facility systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. As Maintenance Technician III, you will collaborate with team members, management, and customers to identify issues, implement timely solutions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You help us grow our business relationships by delivering exceptional service, maintaining a strong customer focus, and producing Best Results.
Necessary Maintenance Technician III Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with peers, management, subordinates, customers, and corporate resources.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair pumps, piping, air compressors, HVAC systems, fan systems, overhead hoists, cranes, dock doors, levelers, restraints, and other industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, including 480-volt three-phase power and 120/24-volt control systems.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Proficiency using maintenance planning software such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo.
Necessary Maintenance Technician III Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience in union or non-union manufacturing environments involving multiple maintenance trades.
- Professional technical training; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Proficiency using maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2 or Maximo
- Experience performing work safely both indoors and outdoors.
- Experience and willingness working weekends.
- Experience and ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs.
- Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
- After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
- Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
- Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.

Post-Employment Drug Testing:
- All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
