Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for patients. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, route calls accurately, and provide exceptional customer support
Maintain office organization through filing, data entry, and managing correspondence with precision and attention to detail
Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and spreadsheets to prepare documents, reports, and schedules
Handle calendar management for staff or doctors scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with efficiency
Ensure accurate record keeping by proofreading documents, managing client communication logs, and updating databases

Experience

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with a strong emphasis on customer service and front desk duties
Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, data entry, and dental patient management software
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
