Organization Manager (Full or Part-Time)

Cornerstone Wellness Center — Robinson township, PA- Beaver, PA Job Type: Full/Part-time, ~25 hours/week or more

About Us

Cornerstone Wellness Center is a growing, multi-location behavioral health group practice with offices in Beaver and Robinson, PA. We support a team of independent contractor clinicians by handling the business side of private practice — scheduling, operations, and administrative support — so our clinicians can focus on their clients. We're a values-driven team that believes in direct communication, autonomy, and building a workplace people genuinely want to be part of.

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, reliable Organization Manager to keep our office running smoothly. This role provides day-to-day administrative coverage and helps bring structure and consistency to our operations. You'll work closely with our existing admin team to ensure clients, clinicians, and vendors are all well taken care of.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants meaningful work with room to grow

What You'll Do

Provide front-office coverage, including handling phone calls, scheduling, and client check-in/check-out when admin is away.
Support new clinician onboarding, including appointment and schedule setup in our EHR system
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks: Admin coordination,
Help build and maintain consistency in office procedures across locations
Collaborate with our existing admin team to ensure smooth handoffs and coverage
Handle sensitive client and clinician information with discretion and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in an office manager, organization manager, administrative, or front-desk role (medical or behavioral health office experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
Reliable and dependable
Comfortable learning new software/EHR systems (we use TherapyNotes and Jane)
A team player who communicates directly and works well with a small, collaborative admin team
Discretion with confidential health information

Schedule

25 - 40 hours/week
Preferred: 5 days/week, approximately 5 hours/day
