What You'll Do

Connect With Customers: Meet prospective clients in their communities and introduce them to Advantage Group's insurance solutions.
Build Relationships: Create genuine connections and establish trust through professional, face-to-face communication.
Understand Customer Needs: Ask questions, listen actively, and identify opportunities to help customers find appropriate insurance solutions.
Present Solutions: Explain insurance products clearly and confidently based on each customer's needs.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the process from initial contact and qualification through presentation, follow-up, and closing.
Develop Your Territory: Identify new sales opportunities and consistently build your customer pipeline.
Follow Up: Maintain strong communication with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
Stay Organized: Use your mobile device to track leads, customer interactions, appointments, and sales activity.
Keep Learning: Develop your insurance knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship skills through ongoing training and experience.

Compensation

Commission-Based | $35,000–$75,000 Annual Earning Potential

This is a commission-based position designed for individuals who are motivated by performance.

Successful representatives can earn approximately $35,000–$75,000 annually, with additional earning potential based on sales performance and continued growth.
