Financial Representative

Modern Woodmen of America – Minnesota Region

Position Overview

Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a motivated, community‑focused Financial Representative to help individuals, families, and businesses work toward financial security. This role offers an entrepreneurial career path with the support of a respected, member‑owned financial services organization.

As a Financial Representative, you will build long‑term relationships, assess financial needs, and provide tailored solutions including insurance, investments, and retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and businesses
Educate clients on financial strategies, products, and solutions
Provide recommendations in areas such as life insurance, disability insurance, retirement planning, and investments
Build and manage your own client base with ongoing support and mentorship
Participate in community and networking activities to expand professional presence
Participate in Fraternal activities
Maintain required licenses and complete ongoing training

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desire to help others achieve financial confidence
Previous sales, business, finance, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Ability to obtain required state insurance and/or securities licenses (training and support provided)
Minnesota resident for a minimum of 3 years
