Are you compassionate, patient, and excited to help individuals with autism turn everyday moments into meaningful milestones? Join us as a Behavior Therapist (BT) in Byron, MN and make a real impact every day!

We welcome people with backgrounds of all levels, including teachers, paraprofessionals, coaches, as well as nannies, babysitters, caregivers, CNAs, camp counselors, retail and hospitality employees, or anyone who has supported a child or family member with autism. We provide all training — you bring the heart.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive environment where growth and progress happen every day.

Pay: $22/hour + Paid Training + Career Growth into RBT Certification

Shifts Available (Monday–Friday)

Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-Time:
- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Candidates must be available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability during this window is required; however, scheduled shifts may vary in length and are based on client needs.

Work Environment: in-home, clinic, or in-school settings

Skills & Qualifications

RBT's welcome to apply!
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience with children, education, or caregiving preferred, not required - we’ll train you!
Bachelor’s degree or interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or childcare preferred
Must be able to comfortably perform the following physical actions: move and/or lift up to 50lbs, walk, run, sit, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch and turn, and play with kids.
