Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Communications Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences. Your creative insights and analytical skills will help elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate demand for our products and services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment while contributing to impactful campaigns that make a difference.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating compelling content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
Support the implementation of multichannel marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
Help manage social media advertising campaigns by monitoring performance metrics and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
Contribute to SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing web content, and improving search engine rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing projects, manage deadlines, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Assist in managing marketing automation tools to streamline communication workflows and nurture leads through email marketing and demand generation initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and gather insights that inform strategic decision-making for B2B (business-to-business) marketing efforts.

Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with advertising sales strategies and managing social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating engaging visual content.
Familiarity with WordPress website management, HTML coding basics, and content management systems.
Ability to analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics or similar tools to report on campaign performance and inform decisions.
Excellent copywriting and content writing skills that effectively communicate brand messages across various formats.
Knowledge of implementing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo for lead nurturing and campaign management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously within budget constraints.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and how digital marketing influences online sales growth.
Experience in managing or supporting teams involved in public relations or product management activities is a plus.
