Grace Light Aesthetics & Wellness is a new, patient-centered medical aesthetics practice opening in Livonia, Michigan. Our mission is to combine advanced aesthetic treatments with integrity, education, and genuine patient relationships to deliver results that inspire confidence.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse Injector who is passionate about aesthetics and excited to become one of our founding clinical providers.
This position is intended for nurses who have already begun their aesthetic injecting career. Applicants who do not meet the minimum aesthetic experience and training requirements will not be considered.

As a newly opening medical aesthetics practice, patient volume will naturally build over time.
This position will begin on a part-time schedule based on patient demand, with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time position as your appointment schedule grows. We are seeking someone who is excited to build a long-term career with Grace Light Aesthetics & Wellness and grow alongside the practice.
During the early stages of growth, compensated responsibilities may include patient consultations, treatment planning, clinical training, marketing initiatives, community events, content creation, practice development, and other activities that contribute to building a thriving patient base.
What You'll Do
As an RN Injector, you will play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences by:
- Performing comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Developing customized treatment plans
- Administering cosmetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Educating patients on treatment options and long-term skin health
- Recommending appropriate medical-grade skincare products
- Building long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and exceptional outcomes
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Participating in marketing events, educational initiatives, and community outreach
- Collaborating with the Grace Light team to create an exceptional patient experience
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Current, unrestricted Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of six (6) months of hands-on aesthetic injection experience performing cosmetic neurotoxin and/or dermal filler treatments
- Successful completion of an accredited or manufacturer-authorized aesthetic injection training program, with certificate of completion available upon request
- Comfortable performing aesthetic consultations and developing personalized treatment plans
- Outstanding communication and patient relationship skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor
Applicants without aesthetic injection experience or formal aesthetic injection training will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of aesthetic injection experience
- Experience with multiple neurotoxin and dermal filler brands
- Experience with PRP/PRF procedures
- Experience with aesthetic laser and energy-based devices
- Existing patient following (preferred but not required)
- Passion for continuing education and professional development

Our compensation package includes:
- Starting base pay of $33.00-$38.00 per hour
- Uncapped monthly production incentives
- Retail product commission
- $25 bonus for every new membership personally enrolled
