NOW HIRING: Full-Time Strength & Conditioning / Personal Trainer

FIT | STRENGTH Performance is a growing Athlete and Adult Performance Training Gym in Fairport, NY, specializing in small group personal training for Middle School and High School Athletes and Adults 45+.

We are looking for a coach who wants more than “just a job.” This is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within a high-performance gym environment, with future opportunities for increased responsibilities, salary growth, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Coach small group personal training sessions for athletes and adults
Deliver a high-energy, engaging coaching experience for every member
Support the Director of Performance with marketing, retention, and member experience initiatives as needed
Record session notes and communicate important client updates with the team
Learn and follow all coaching systems, technical standards, and gym expectations
Review programming and member notes before every session
Assist with programming for select athletes and adult members
Contribute positively to gym culture and community

Core Requirements

Previous experience as a personal trainer, strength coach, or related fitness role preferred
Nationally recognized certification required (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc.) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science
Ability to coach all ages and fitness levels with confidence and professionalism
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and ability to maintain high energy throughout sessions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced coaching environment
Basic computer literacy required (PushPress or CRM experience is a plus)

Schedule Expectations

Full-Time Position (Guaranteed 35 Hours Per Week)
Morning, Evening, and Weekend Availability Required
Occasional Weekend Events for Marketing, Community Outreach, and Lead Generation
