Laser Turret Operator | Precision Manufacturing

Pay Range: $18.00 – $30.00 / hour
Shift: B Shift 3:30PM - 12:00AMt

Are you a skilled machine operator with an eye for detail and a passion for precision? We are seeking a Laser Turret Operator to join a premier manufacturing team in Rochester. In this role, you won’t just run a machine; you’ll be a key player in ensuring high-quality sheet metal parts meet exact standards.

Your Impact

Precision Production: Operate Amada and/or Mitsubishi laser turret equipment to manufacture parts that meet exact print specifications.
Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections and document results to maintain rigorous quality standards.
Efficiency & Workflow: Monitor your performance against production goals and communicate equipment needs or safety ideas to leadership.
Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean workspace and jump in to assist other shop areas as production needs shift.

What You Bring to the Table

Technical Expertise: Prior experience operating Laser/Turret machinery is required.
Equipment Knowledge: Experience with Amada or Mitsubishi equipment is highly preferred.
Reliability: A track record of dependable attendance and a "safety-first" mindset.
Positive Attitude: A team-oriented approach and the flexibility to assist where needed to help the shop succeed.
