Climco Coils Company is looking for an energetic Human Resources Representative to help attract, hire, and support the talented employees who drive our success.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, building relationships with candidates, organizing multiple priorities, and creating a positive hiring experience. You'll work closely with the Human Resources Manager while gaining experience in all aspects of Human Resources.

What You'll Do: Recruiting & Hiring (Primary Focus)

Manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
Contact applicants and schedule interviews
Conduct initial candidate screenings
Build relationships with prospective employees throughout the hiring process
Assist with recruiting events and other hiring initiatives
Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting records

Human Resources Administration

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Process employment changes including new hires, resignations, terminations, and leaves of absence
Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
Help coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding
Support open enrollment and employee meetings
Assist with compliance activities, audits, and required reporting
Complete other HR projects as assigned

We're Looking For Someone Who

Enjoys recruiting and interacting with people
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
Works well independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
At least one year of Human Resources experience
Three years of office or administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute

Experience with recruiting, interviewing, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
