You will be the trusted guide helping clients secure financing, understand protection products, and finalize sales—ensuring every deal is timely, compliant, and maximizes dealership profitability.

What You’ll Do

● Offer vehicle financing options and insurance products tailored to customer needs

● Thoroughly explain aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership policies

● Collaborate closely with lenders to secure competitive financing while ensuring full compliance

● Prepare and verify all legal documents in adherence to state and federal regulations

● Partner with Sales to ensure smooth transitions and finance referrals on all vehicle deals

● Educate customers on the value of protection options and assist in their purchasing decisions

● Manage the entire finance process including lender approvals, funding, and paperwork accuracy

● Monitor and maintain 100% compliance with all applicable laws and dealership policies

● Address customer questions and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention

● Meet or exceed department sales goals and customer satisfaction targets (CSI)

● Demonstrate professionalism consistent with South Charlotte Chevrolet’s core values

Who You Are

● 3+ years of automotive finance and insurance experience, preferably in dealership settings

● Strong business acumen with proven sales ability and client service excellence

● Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presence

● Calm under pressure and skilled at problem-solving complex finance challenges

● Self-motivated with the drive to meet deadlines and exceed goals

● Proficient in finance software (Tekion experience a plus) and Microsoft Office

● Bilingual skills and Chevrolet brand experience are advantageous but not required

Requirements

● 3+ years of automotive finance management experience

● Prior sales experience preferred

● Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

● Willingness to complete background check and drug screening

● Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC
