As a result of continued growth and high industry demand, we are seeking additional Full Time & Part Time Interview Appointment Setters/HR Recruiters to join our team!
Ideally, we are seeking candidates who are familiar with Automotive SERVICE, who possess the ability to talk to automotive technician & mechanic candidates about their experience and skill level, and potentially assist them with setting an interview with our automotive industry (dealers, repair shops) clients. BUT THIS EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, BECAUSE WE WILL TEACH YOU!
** FULL TIME & PART TIME OPENINGS AVAILAVBLE - VERY Flexible **
If you have worked in a dealership or service center as a service writer or advisor, an assistant service manager or service manager, or worked in a hiring/hr/recruiting capacity at a franchise or independent dealer, or secondary shop/service center-we want to talk to you!
These are entry level positions where you will be responsible for:
- Review incoming resume replies
- Contact/recruit qualified applicants for our clients' job openings,
- Provide accurate information to interested applicants about the positions our clients are trying to fill
- Pre-qualifying applicants based on their skills & qualifications for the position you are recruiring for
- Answer the incoming calls, make calls and send messages to reach candidates
- Set interview appointments for the most qualified candidates to meet with our clients, communicating with the clients and following up on those appointments (follow-up with both the client and the candidates) to obtain information on final results of the interviews
- Document and update our records and our clients' records based on interaction
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership or service center experience is a huge plus
- Experience as a Service Advisor/Automotive Service Management Role/Service Hiring Role/Appointment Setter/BDC experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a HUGE plus
- Experience using job boards and hiring sites is a HUGE Plus
- Customer service experience
- Cold-calling or outbound call center experience (this job requires you to be on the phone ALL DAY)
- Good computer skills, ability to type at a reasonable speed (this job requires you document client information and send emails)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- HIGH ATTENTION to Detail is a MUST
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Must be well-organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 9a-8p
Flexible Full Time Shifts: between 8:30a-5:30p, 9a-6p, or 10a-7p, but VERY Flexible with hours
Flexible Part Time Shifts between 9a-8p, typically 8:30a-2:30p, 9:30a-3:30p, 10a-4p, or 3p-8p, but VERY Flexible with hours
