Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our pediatric dental office . In this vital role, you will manage patient check-ins, schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, and ensure smooth communication with parents. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression and support the efficient functioning of our office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a vibrant workplace.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and confidentialiy
Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, and appointment setting
Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing Word processing materials, and updating spreadsheets
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for client communication
Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and courteous phone etiquette
Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail in proofreading and data entry
Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is highly desirable; office management experience is a plus
