About Abundance Architects:
Abundance Architects is a financial services organization focused on helping individuals, families, and business owners strengthen their financial foundations through insurance protection, retirement planning, wealth-building strategies, and legacy preparation.
We are seeking ambitious, service-minded professionals who want to develop valuable financial services skills, serve clients, and potentially grow into leadership and business-building responsibilities.
Whether you begin part-time or pursue the opportunity full-time, you will have access to training, mentorship, systems, and professional-development resources. Individual results vary and depend on effort, skill development, activity, market conditions, licensing, and completed business.
Important Information:
Please review the following before applying:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not W-2 employment.
- Compensation is 100% commission-based.
- Remote and flexible
- There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or minimum income.
- Earnings depend on individual activity, completed business, client needs, licensing, and performance.
- A state Life Insurance License is required. Applicants who are not currently licensed must be willing and eligible to obtain one.
- Applicants are responsible for applicable pre-licensing education, examination, fingerprinting, background-check, licensing, business, and tax expenses.
- The opportunity is remote and available part-time or full-time.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
This opportunity is designed for self-directed professionals who want greater responsibility for their schedule, development, client relationships, fulfillment, and income potential. It may appeal to individuals interested in building an independent book of business and, based on performance and qualification, pursing future leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Meet virtually with prospective clients to identify insurance and financial-protection needs
- Educate clients about appropriate life insurance, living-benefit, retirement, and legacy-planning solutions
- Complete needs-based fact-finding and make recommendations within the scope of your licenses and carrier appointments
- Assist clients with insurance applications and required documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and conduct appropriate follow-up
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in ongoing product compliance, sales, and leadership training
- Follow all applicable state insurance laws, carrier requirements, advertising standards, and company compliance procedures
- Develop referral relationships and independent business-development activity
- Qualified professionals may also mentor and support new representatives as they advance
Leadership and Business-Building Path
This opportunity begins with learning the client-service and insurance side of the business. Professionals who demonstrate consistent activity, ethical conduct, client-service competency, coachability, and leadership ability may become eligible for additional responsibilities including:
- Mentoring and developing newer licensed professionals
- Supporting training and onboarding
- Building and leading an independent team
- Expanding client and professional refferal networks
- Developing a larger financial-services practice
Leadership opportunities are earned and are not guaranteed. Advancement and compensation depend on individual qualifications, licensing, production, leadership performance, and applicable company guidelines.
Who We're Looking For
We are especially interested in professionals who:
- Have demonstrated ambition and personal accountability
- Are coachable while also capable of working independently
- Communicate professionally and build trust easily
- Follow through consistently on commitments
- Are comfortable initiating conversations and developing relationships
- Value ethics, service, compliance, and long-term reputation
- Are willing to learn insurance concepts, consultative sales, and business development
- Want to grow beyond an individual-contributor role and may eventually pursue leadership
- Can manage a flexible schedule without close supervision
- Understand that independent business development requires sustained effort and does not provide guaranteed income
Previous insurance experience is not required. Relevant backgrounds may include banking, financial services, management, education, healthcare, real estate, sales, customer service, military leadership, human resources, operations, or entrepreneurship. Selection is based more heavily on professionalism, integrity, communication ability, ambition, coachability, and follow-through.
