Full Job Description

Overview

We are a construction company that is highly reputable in our industry! We are very employee friendly and offer a position in a very rewarding environment! You will work directly with the owner and employees n a small rural setting. At times the office is slow, and at others it is insane, but in the down time you'll have cable TV to pass your time as well as the oppurtunity to take a stroll through the 15 acres for some physical activity

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-functioning environment
Coordinate front desk activities, greet visitors professionally, and handle phone swith courteous and efficient communication
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar organization for staff
Maintain accurate data entry records using productivity software such as spreadsheets, Word processing tools, and accounting programs like QuickBooks
Support client communication through phone support, email correspondence, and customer service interactions to enhance overall client satisfaction
Organize filing systems, manage document proofreading, and ensure proper document storage for easy retrieval
Administrative tasks such as typing reports, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Quickbooks, and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes
Technical proficiency with computer literacy including keyboarding skills (typing), proofreading, and file management
Experience demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred for financial record keeping
Previous experience in customer support or front desk roles demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
Personal assistant experience or office experience that highlights multitasking capabilities is advantageous
