Full Job Description

As a Youth Program Leader you will engage youth (K-5th grade) in after school activities that enable them to develop self-confidence and reach their full potential. Helps to plan and implement youth program and activities, while maintain a positive, safe environment.

Develop commitment from youth to ensure active participation in programs and activities.
Act as a positive role model for youth.
Facilitate programming in: Character and Leadership Development, Health and Life skills, Art, Sports and Fitness and Recreation.
Provide recognition to youth through positive validations, incentives and affirmation on a regular basis.
Attend and participant in all staff trainings and staff meetings.
Follow all policies and procedures set by the NWCC, supervisors, and Executive Director
Work as a team with other Youth Leaders to ensure all youth are receiving high quality programming.
Maintain regular attendance.

Must be available Monday - Friday, 2:00pm-6:30pm.

Pay: $15 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
