Job Title: Director of Finance
Location: Rockford, Illinois
Work Arrangement: On-site (5 days per week)
Compensation: $160,000 base salary (DOE) + annual bonus

Required Skills:

Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Strong understanding of finance, including cost accounting and capital project analysis
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent advanced certification

Preferred Skills:

Cross-functional operational oversight (IT, Banking, Legal, Risk)
Experience with banking relationships, borrowing base reporting, and covenant compliance
External audit and corporate tax oversight

What You Bring

Proven Expertise: 8–10+ years of progressive financial and accounting leadership.
Core Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; active CPA or relevant advanced credential required.
Mastery of Financial Mechanics: Deep proficiency in cost accounting, financial modeling, capital investment analysis, and corporate reporting.
Broad Business Acumen: Experience or strong readiness to oversee adjacent operational functions like IT infrastructure partners, and risk/legal management.
