What Our Pet Care Attendants Do
-
Provide compassionate daily care for animals in the hospital
-
Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, runs, treatment areas, and other patient-care spaces
-
Feed, water, walk, and monitor patients according to hospital protocols
-
Complete laundry and help maintain appropriate sanitation standards throughout the hospital
-
Observe patients for changes in behavior or condition and communicate concerns to the medical team
-
Assist teammates with safe patient handling and movement as needed
-
Keep animal-care areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
-
Restock supplies and help maintain an efficient hospital environment
-
Support hospital cleanliness across treatment and kennel areas

Jump in wherever needed to help keep the day running smoothly
What You’ll Bring

A genuine passion for animal care and patient well-being

Comfort working in a fast-paced veterinary environment

Previous veterinary clinic, hospital, boarding, or animal-care experience preferred but not required

Compassionate and professional communication skills

Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in without waiting to be asked

Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first approach

Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards

Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows is a plus
