Overview

MUST BE INTERNACHI CERTIFIED BEFORE APPLYING!!! NACHI.ORG

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and inspection, with the ability to analyze various aspects of residential properties. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for assessing the condition of homes, identifying potential issues, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions regarding their property investments.

We will train the right candidates, however you will need the INTERNACHI.ORG certification before we will onboard you. You can take the course and pass the exams online, we will then bring you inhouse and continue training for an additional 3 months. At the end of the three months you be put on the schedule as a solo inspector in training and remain in training status for the remaining of the first 12 months.

In House Training Pay- 800 per week- With Signed training agreement.

During in House training you will also be visiting Real Estate offices.

After the 3 months of in house training you go to 20% of net inspection income for each job performed. More details during the interview process. As you gain experience your percentage will go up.

The average inspection takes 2.5 hours plus drive time and report time. Most inspectors will do 8-10 inspections a week.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including structural elements, systems, and components.
Collect data on property conditions and document findings in detailed reports.
Communicate inspection results clearly to clients, providing recommendations for repairs or improvements.
Collaborate with contractors and construction management teams to address any identified issues.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to home inspections.
Complete 3 months of In house training and then ongoing Continued education.
Maintain INTERNACHI certification and Radon License.

Requirements

InterNACHI Certification
willing to train the right candidate.
Proven experience in construction site inspections or related fields.
Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and data collection methods.
Excellent analytical skills to assess property conditions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and contractors.
Certification as a home inspector is required to be Hired.
