Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, supervising crew members, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Utilize construction management software such as Trimble, and Procore.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications and quality control measures.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop accurate construction estimates and schedules.
Train and mentor crew members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Operate tools and equipment as necessary..
Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project updates and requirements.
Implement effective problem-solving strategies to address any issues that arise on-site.
Willingness to work on your tools as required to maintain project schedule.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Knowledge of Florida Building Codes, specifically Plumbing and Mechanical.
Proficient in using construction management software including Trimble ProjectSight for document management.
Strong understanding of quality control processes in a construction environment.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
