About the Role:
The Clinical Liaison - Director of Business Development plays a pivotal role in bridging clinical services with strategic growth initiatives within the healthcare sector. This position is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with referral sources, and enhancing the organization's market presence. The role requires a deep understanding of clinical operations combined with business acumen to align service offerings with market demands effectively. The successful candidate will lead efforts to expand partnerships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and business objectives. Ultimately, this role drives sustainable growth by positioning the organization as a trusted leader in clinical services across the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical liaison or business development roles within the healthcare industry.

Proven track record of successfully developing and managing referral networks and partnerships.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer systems, and clinical service lines.

Responsibilities:
