Overview
* MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE OFFICE EXPERIENCE* * MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS SYSTEM* We are seeking a dedicated and organized Automotive Office Staff member to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth office operations within our automotive dealership . The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools. This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and organizational excellence are highly valued.

Duties

****MUST know Reynolds & Reynolds****

Perform data entry tasks.
All around office person. Post deals in R&R, payroll, deposits, A/R, A/P.
Assist with filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized office records
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, billing, and basic clerical duties
Support administrative functions related to automotive services or sales processes
Payroll, A/R, A/P, Posting deals

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or administrative support within an automotive or related environment
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, Reynolds & Reynolds
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Experience with calendar management, data entry, filing systems, R&R, dealertrack.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
MUST have prior dealership experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
