Full Job Description

Are you interested in assisting patients by assembling, packaging, and preparing medication orders? Senderra Specialty Pharmacy is a national specialty pharmacy made up of clinical experts, technicians, and empowered people-centric professionals located in Plano, TX.

Senderra was founded in 2010 and has modeled its operations around the people we serve including people with ongoing, sometimes life-altering, medical conditions. These people seek care, understanding and convenience in obtaining the most appropriate specialty medications and therapies to help them live better everyday lives.

We are a specialty pharmacy focused on improving patient outcomes. We help our patients stay informed about condition options, medications, and treatments. We are licensed to fill in all 50 states.

Senderra Rx is searching to expand our Pharmacy Shipping Clerk Team. Our Shipping Clerks unload deliveries, assemble and package customer orders for shipment, assist with stocking supplies, and perform cycle counts.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Properly packs and labels medication and necessary supplies for shipment in a timely manner in order to ensure that patients receive their medication.
Receives and stocks medication orders and packaging supplies within the pharmacy in order to maintain a safe and organized pharmacy.
Performs weekly inventory cycles counts in order to account for all medication and pharmaceutical supplies in the pharmacy.
Examines all incoming non-medical shipments to the pharmacy and makes the decision to either accept or reject the delivery.
Keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments in order to reconcile invoices.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced environment.
Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant.
Requires normal hearing levels (corrected).
Requires standing for the length of the shift.
Uses office equipment and machinery effectively.
Requires normal finger dexterity for keyboarding.
Ability to operate a pallet jack.
Ability to type a minimum of 20 wpm and use 10-key on the computer.
Works effectively with frequent interruptions.
Lifting requirements of 50 pounds frequently.'
