Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team! This vital role involves managing the accurate processing of vehicle titles, ensuring compliance with state transportation regulations, and supporting dealership operations with exceptional customer service. Duties

Process vehicle titles efficiently, ensuring all paperwork complies with state transportation regulations and dealership standards
Manage title transfers, registrations, lien filings, and related documentation accurately using systems like CDK or other dealership software
Maintain organized records of all title transactions and ensure timely updates in inventory management systems
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and internal teams to clarify documentation requirements and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with automotive sales paperwork processing, including retail sales documents, invoices, and accounting entries
Support outbound sales efforts by providing title information and documentation to sales teams or external partners
Utilize Google Workspace tools for data entry, reporting, and record keeping to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of automotive dealership title processing experience.
Proven track record in automotive sales paperwork processing and title management
Familiarity with state transportation regulations related to vehicle registration and titling processes
Experience with CDK or similar dealership management software preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for handling multiple transactions simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in both bilingual or multilingual settings are a plus
Background in retail sales, customer service, or public speaking enhances client interaction capabilities
