Service Appointment Coordinator

Wilson, NC

The Hubert Vester Auto Group is an exciting, fast-paced work environment. Our ideal Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for answering phones with professionalism and courtesy before scheduling customers for service visits to one of our dealerships. Throughout their exchange with customers, the Appointment Coordinator will answer questions and assist them wherever possible to ensure the delivery of World-class service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Schedule service appointments and speak with customers every single day by following up over the phone after each appointment
Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
Advise maintenance recommendations
Confirm scheduled and missed appointments

Qualifications

Excellent time management
Proven track record of achieving (or, better, over-achieving) goals
Outstanding communication skills in person and over the phone
Outgoing, friendly attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Ability to work in a structure environment and adhere to attendance policies and scheduling requirements which include some weekends
Computer proficiency
Call center experience (helpful, but not required)
High school diploma or equivalent (some college is preferred, but not required)
