What You'll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you'll serve as a trusted workforce advisor to clients while driving revenue growth through new business development and account expansion.

Responsibilities:

Focus on developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market intelligence.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers throughout the Kansas City market and beyond.
Consult with clients to understand hiring needs and develop customized staffing solutions.
Partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Grow existing client relationships through account management, cross-selling, and strategic workforce planning.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and workforce strategy meetings.
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM and ATS platforms.
Stay informed on local market trends, hiring challenges, compensation data, and workforce strategies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1+ years of staffing, recruiting, business development, or B2B sales experience.
Experience selling professional staffing solutions is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales goals.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop relationships with executives, hiring managers, and business leaders.
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed expectations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with CRM, ATS, Microsoft Office, and sales technology platforms.
