Full Job Description

Overview
Exo Dental is a state-of-the-art dental surgery center located in Rogers, AR.

We are seeking a front desk coordinator, for a full-time position Monday-Friday, who loves greeting patients and can provide an amazing first impression for the entire dental office. This team member must be willing to learn new practice management software and dental terminology. Dental experience is not required but preferred. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly, ensuring excellent customer support.
Schedule appointments and manage multiple phone lines and website platforms.
Maintain and organize documents and ensure documents are kept up-to-date.
Utilize Microsoft Suites, for various administrative tasks, including document organization and data management.
Support the team with general office duties as required, including maintaining a neat and organized work environment.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Docs, Email, Calendar).
Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for effective communication.
Ability to perform basic computer tasks efficiently and accurately.
