**MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A HAIR FOLLICLE DRUG SCREEN AND BACKGROUND CHECK**

We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and customer-focused storage facility manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facility. The storage facility manager will be responsible for ensuring the facility is clean and well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service to tenants. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of tenant accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the storage facility

- Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained

- Provide excellent customer service to tenants

- Maintain accurate records of tenant accounts

- Enforce facility policies and procedures

- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

- Collections of outstanding rent

- Perform facility maintenance including repairing unit doors and tracking facility upkeep.

- Prepare vacated units for new rentals (cleaning, sweeping, and removing left-behind items).

- Handle lock cuts and daily facility lock-checks

- Answering & directing phone calls

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle financial transactions

- Knowledge or willingness to learn local, state, and federal regulations related to storage facilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and the ability to perform minor repairs (e.g., fixing unit doors, cutting locks, general facility troubleshooting).
