Implement and enhance supply chain and replenishment processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions on schedule.

Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues, driving network efficiency improvements.

Support supplier compliance and conduct performance reviews of merchandising, distribution centers, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence.

Act as liaison for field operations, communicating expectations and resolving escalated issues to maintain smooth execution.

Lead process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end-to-end costing to reduce waste and optimize costs.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Replenishment, Inventory Management, or related retail operations.

Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.

Familiarity with analytical and query-based tools such as SQL, Python, or other data analysis platforms.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools that support data analysis, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Familiarity with Walmart systems and applications, including WTMS, Transom, Blue Yonder, Retail Link, or similar supply chain and merchandising platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
