Northwest Arkansas Radius (Rogers, Bentonville, Fayetteville, Springdale)

Base Salary Range

$40,000 – $50,000 per year (commensurate with agency and outbound sales experience)

Commission Structure

Uncapped 10% Direct Commission on all new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) subscriptions and direct studio revenue generated by the Associate

Target On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Year 1 Target OTE: $75,000 – $85,000 (Base + cumulative new sales commission)
Year 2+ Target OTE: $115,000 – $135,000+ (As active client subscription book compounds)

Position Summary and Role Mission

PodcastVideos.com is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Client Growth Specialist to drive direct new sales growth for our flagship studio in Rogers, Arkansas. Located in Pinnacle Hills, this on-site role focuses exclusively on Owned Studio Sales metrics, with a primary mission of sourcing new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) subscriptions, social video ad packages, and one-time studio revenue.

Operating as an outbound "hunter," the associate will execute cold calling campaigns, leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conduct live studio tours, and participate in Northwest Arkansas business networking events. This position serves as the operational sales template for our national franchise rollout. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in social media sales, advertising agency sales, or digital marketing retainers and is driven to build a lucrative, six-figure recurring commission check.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation: Execute multi-channel cold outreach incorporating 4 to 7 daily phone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn touchpoints to source new B2B accounts across NWA.
Studio Tours & Presentations: Schedule and conduct 12 to 25 monthly in-person tours of the Pinnacle Hills studio, demonstrating 4K multi-cam setups, pro audio, and customizable sets to decision-makers.
Community Networking: Represent PodcastVideos.com at Rogers and Bentonville Chamber of Commerce events, local marketing associations, and regional business gatherings.
Group Presentations: Deliver bi-weekly group presentations (>20 prospects) educating local business owners on leveraging conversational video content for brand growth.
Consultative Agency Selling: Pitch and close monthly subscription packages, managing negotiations from discovery through to contract signing.
Pipeline Management: Maintain active pipeline records in Google Workspace spreadsheets and CRM databases, ensuring deal stages and client touchpoints are tracked accurately.
Cross-Functional Transition: Work closely with the Studio Coordinator and Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding for newly closed accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B outbound sales experience within a social media marketing agency (SMMA), digital advertising agency, commercial media outlet, or marketing services firm.
Social Media Sales Competency: Demonstrated experience selling social media management, organic video content packages, paid digital ad campaigns, or video production retainers.
Outbound Prospecting Discipline: Proven track record running cold calling campaigns, overcoming buyer objections, and independently booking prospect meetings.
Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM pipeline tracking systems.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write concise, professional sales emails and deliver engaging in-person pitches.
Local Market Awareness: Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas business community and an active network of business contacts in Rogers, Bentonville, or Fayetteville.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle for daily local travel across Northwest Arkansas.
