Rose Veterinary Management Group is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our well-established veterinary hospital. We are looking for a leader who believes veterinary medicine is about more than appointments and schedules. About the Role

The Practice Manager plays a key leadership role in driving operational efficiency, team engagement, and an exceptional client and patient experience while partnering closely with hospital leadership. This position is ideal for a motivated veterinary leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational oversight, financial management, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop team members
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development
Manage scheduling, workflow, and daily hospital operations
Support a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture
Assist with employee relations, communication, and team engagement
Ensure high standards of client service and patient care
Partner with leadership on financial performance, budgeting, and hospital goals
Monitor operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
Oversee inventory management and hospital organization
Support implementation of systems and processes that enhance workflow and team effectiveness
