Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who thrives across both digital and traditional marketing channels. In this role, you will lead the visual design phase for client websites—creating UI/UX mockups and wireframes—while handing off technical site builds to our front-end developers. Additionally, you will conceptualize and design high-impact collateral, including Meta ads, billboards, email graphics, and brand identity assets.
You will work closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Coordinators, and Web Engineering team to deliver compelling design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Web & Digital Interface Design
- Design responsive website concepts, user interfaces (UI/UX), page layouts, and interactive visual mockups for client websites.
- Create optimized graphic assets, web banners, hero images, and icons ready for developer handoff.
- Collaborate directly with Front-End Developers and Software Engineers to ensure design fidelity during site builds.
Multi-Channel Graphic & Campaign Design
- Design high-converting ad creative for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), display ads, and social media campaigns.
- Produce large-format graphics, including billboards, signage, and print collateral.
- Maintain visual brand identity across client portfolios, adhering to brand guidelines and creative strategy.
- Produce graphics and assets using industry-standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva).
Team Collaboration & Operations
- Manage daily tasks, client deliverables, and project pipelines within HubSpot.
- Participate in all-hands Stand-Ups and daily team huddles.
- Over-communicate status updates and deliverables with Account Managers and department leads.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Graphic & Web Design Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX website designs, digital ad creative (Meta ads), large-format print (billboards), and brand identity assets.
- Design Tools Expertise: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and/or Canva.
- Web UI/UX Principles: Strong understanding of responsive web layout principles, mobile-first design, grid systems, and typography.
Preferred:
- Experience designing for digital marketing agencies, paid social media, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with design-to-developer handoff workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Work Location: Hybrid schedule based out of The Ledger in Bentonville, AR (3 days in-office / 2 days remote).
- Hours: Standard business hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Core focus hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM daily.
