**Summary**

As the Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact for MMC, delivering a welcoming and professional first impression. You will drive seamless daily operations by managing front desk activities and providing strategic support across the sales, engineering, quality, and production departments.

**Key Qualifications**

· Organized & Detail-Oriented: Highly structured with the ability to manage multiple departmental needs efficiently.

· Exceptional Communicator: Possesses strong verbal and written skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

· Adaptable & Dedicated: Flexible and willing to adjust schedules to support business operations, including cross-coverage for vacations and peak periods.

**What You’ll Do**

Professionally answer and manage incoming calls from potential leads, customers, and vendors. To ensure we deliver the highest standard of customer service, our goal is to have every incoming call answered live and assisted with real-time support.
Greet employees and visitors, providing support and responding to their requests and questions.
Provide support and administrative duties for other areas, including sales.
Input production jobs and perform other data entry tasks as assigned.
Assist other areas in production as necessary; including assembly, shipping, and hardware.

**What You Bring**

Reliability: Being present each day is crucial to maintaining the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Marksman Metals.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, office equipment, and learning various software programs. Proficient in MS Office products.
Data Entry Skills: Must possess excellent data entry skills with a higher-than-average typing speed.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interaction with all levels of staff, customers, outside vendors and guests.
Bilingual (preferred): Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Professionalism: Conducting yourself with integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality when needed.
Positive Attitude: Approach challenges and tasks with a positive mindset, fostering a supportive and encouraging work environment.

Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7am - 4:30pm (.5 hour unpaid lunch built in)

Friday: 7:45am-11:45am

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
No weekends

Ability to Commute:

Saint Michael, MN 55376 (Required)

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
