Position Overview
Budget Blinds is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom and provide an exceptional experience for every customer.
The Showroom Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, helping them understand our products and services, coordinating follow-up throughout the sales and installation process, and supporting the overall administrative and financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Showroom & Customer Experience
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable experience.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate showroom visits, in-home consultations, and follow-up meetings as needed.
- Answer customer questions regarding window coverings, products, pricing, lead times, and installation.
- Help customers understand product options and assist with selecting appropriate solutions.
- Maintain showroom displays, samples, product literature, and overall presentation.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and ready for customer appointments.
Customer & Order Follow-Up
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers after the sale.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, product status, shipping, and installation scheduling.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding changes, delays, or other order-related issues.
- Coordinate with designers, installers, vendors, and ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for repair, remakes, and service/warranty work.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative & Business Support
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in Touchpoint CRM.
- Assist with order tracking and reporting.
- Maintain and update open-order and remake reports.
- Assist with QuickBooks and basic accounting-related tasks.
- Assist with accounts payable, invoices, deposits, and other financial administrative duties.
- Prepare and maintain financial, sales, and operational reports.
- Assist ownership with various administrative and operational projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Sales Support
- Support the sales/design team with customer communication and follow-up.
- Help track leads, appointments, proposals, sales, and outstanding customer activity.
- Assist with showroom sales and product education when appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support sales growth.
- Help ensure leads and customer inquiries are responded to promptly.

Education and Experience
- College degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, showroom management, sales support, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to learn and confidently discuss products, services, and processes.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, designers, installers, vendors, and business owners.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to climb stairs and lift 30lbs

Success in this position means the showroom is organized and welcoming, customers receive timely and professional communication, appointments are scheduled efficiently, orders are accurately tracked, administrative responsibilities are completed on time, and the ownership team can rely on the Showroom Manager to keep day-to-day showroom operations running smoothly.
Pay: $58,544.49 - $63,322.24 per year
