Full Job Description

Genesis Datacom is looking for a self-driven and highly motivated individual to join our growing Northwest Arkansas team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Actively build and maintain relationships with customers across the state
Work with architects, engineers, general/electrical contractors, end-users, etc. to provide effective IP solutions that fit each project's needs
Effectively communicate and collaborate with the estimating team and project managers
Manage the sales cycle from proposal to job completion
Successfully complete continuous training to maintain knowledge of Genesis Datacom's solutions, services, partners and protocols
Provide sales reporting to Sales Manager and Vice President in a timely and consistent manner
Learn and maintain the Genesis Datacom standard throughout all customer interactions
Stay up to date with market and industry trends
Address customer needs in a timely and detailed manner
Prepare and attend project bids and walkthroughs

Requirements:

Minimum 3-years experience in sales or related position
Experience in commercial construction industry is preferred
Must acquire Arkansas Alarm License within 90 days of hire
Proficient in Word, Excel and similar softwares
Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is preferred, but not required
Must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid AR drivers license and excellent driving record
Must be able to pass Arkansas State Police background check and drug screening

Total compensation package range: $75,000 - $150,000 (including benefits, company vehicle and dependent upon experience)

*Honorably discharged or retired military personnel highly encouraged to apply!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
