Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the oral health of our community. The Associate will be working three days in our Rogers location and two days in our Brooklyn Park location. We are need someone who is comfortable in doing extraction, crown and bridges and RCT, dentures etc. We will be able to mentor a new graduate. We have an ADT who will be doing most of the fillings, seeing the pediatric patients etc. The job is mainly doing high productive procedures, that is one of the reason you will be very well compensated.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Conduct dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Interpret dental imaging, including X-rays and CT scans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental software systems such as Open Dental and Dentrix

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health care
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise dental procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a dental office or clinic setting
- Comfortable working with people from all backgrounds
