About Us:

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Lead to join our dynamic team and help elevate our service to new heights.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to take on the role of Hospitality Lead. This position is perfect for someone with a background in restaurant management or extensive experience across multiple restaurant roles. The ideal candidate will possess a bird’s-eye view of service operations and excel in both leadership and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Operations: Monitor the dining experience to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to staff members across different roles as needed.
Hands-On Leadership: Actively engage in service on the floor, assisting with front-line tasks such as guest interactions, order management, and problem resolution.
Team Support: Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to address any operational issues and maintain a positive work environment before, during and after service.
Training & Development: Mentor and train new and existing staff to uphold our high standards of service and performance.
Closing Duties: Manage end-of-day operations, including cash handling and inventory checks, and ensure the restaurant is clean and ready for the next day.
Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly to enhance the dining experience and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a hospitality management role or extensive experience in at least three different restaurant positions.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
